Speaker: Ted Barth

Ted Barth is considered one of the foremost subject matter experts in the Midwest region of the US in the development of high performance project resource and capacity management. As Managing Partner of BNW Manufacturing Associates, Mr. Barth has been an active member of PMI for sixteen years and has served as President of PMI Great Lakes Chapter and the Founding Director of the Michigan Huron Valley Chapter. Mr. Barth's twenty five year line management salary career with an impressive record of plant turnarounds managing seven plants in five states and has carried this track record over to obtaining high performance project & program schedule and budget results to BNW's clients. These clients are in manufacturing, engineering, new product development and R&D in Automotive, Truck, Pharmaceutical, and Aerospace industries. Mr. Barth has a BSME degree from Case Institute of Technology. Mr. Barth speaks nationally on these topics at PMI Chapters and other industry organizations. Recent PMI Chapter speaking events include Central Indiana, Central Ohio, Western Lake Erie, Great Lakes, Huron Valley, Pittsburgh, Kansas City, Phoenix, and Silicon Valley Chapters.

Mr. Barth as Plant Manager of the Ridge Tool division of Emerson Electric was award "One of forty most advanced Manufacturing Processes in the US" distinction from the Michigan Manufacturing Technology Center.
