Required
- Bachelors Degree (Required)
- 10+ years of IT experience (Required)
- 5+ years of large IT application project and program management experience (Required)
- Multiple experiences in managing large, long-running, application-oriented projects of over 25 people in a Fortune 500 corporate
environment (Required) Looking at managing up to 5,000 man hour projects.
- Experience in managing project teams consisting of cross-functional roles (e.g. Business SMEs, Business Analysts, Systems Analysts, Developers, Quality Assurance specialists, DBAs, Architects, Operational Specialists, other project managers, etc.) (Required)
- Experience in managing large projects over a complete life cycle from requirements analysis through implementation (Required)
- Strong project and program management skills (Required)
- Superior analytical skills (Required)
- Outstanding communications (especially listening), interpersonal, and relationship management skills (Required)
Preferred
- Strong leadership skills; flexible; positive attitude; dynamic interpersonal skills (Preferred)
- PMP Certification (Preferred)
- Advanced Degree (Preferred)
- 15+ years of IT experience (Required)
- Previous experience in coaching or mentoring project managers (Preferred)
