The Healthcare Project Manager supports defining and executing strategies and tactics for
improving IPM’s clients’ clinical and non-clinical operational efficiencies. This is accomplished
through the application best practices professional project management processes and
protocols and combining these with company subject matter knowledge and expertise.
In this critical high exposure role, the Healthcare Project Manager facilitates cross-functional,
interdisciplinary teams composed of stakeholders at various levels throughout the organization.
By delivering high quality sustainable results and displaying uncompromising integrity and
ethical conduct, the Healthcare Project Manager will promote Our Mission and Beliefs and
ensure IPM’s success and longevity.

| Responsibilities |
Manage projects within the established scope, schedule, and budget while meeting or
surpassing IPM standards of quality.
Define the objective, requirements, and assumptions necessary to structure a project.
Develop Project Plans and Schedules that represent the appropriate level of detail and
task interdependency.
Develop and document high level strategies for achieving specific objectives or activities
(hierarchical strategy, process flow, Final Project Summary, etc.).
Research and prepare project metric information including value statements or measures
that explain/promote/justify IPM's involvement.
Facilitate and lead effective meetings.
Manage change and/or conflict within any project in an effective, timely, and appropriate
manner.
Develop accurate resource planning estimates to effectively manage personal workload
and maximize individual productivity and revenue generation.
Lead (coordinate, facilitate, and motivate) the efforts of the individual, team, client, and
other resources associated with project activity.
Professionally communicate verbally with a broad spectrum of audiences, ranging from
contract trade laborers to senior level executives.
Focus to customer service principles in all dealings with clients and coworkers.

| Qualifications |
Excellent understanding of and experience within the Healthcare industry and specifically
hospital operations.
Experience managing operations and process improvement projects employing lean, six
sigma, and other process improvement approaches.
General understanding of Regulatory environments and industry standards
General understanding of both clinical and non-clinical operations
Understand and application of disciplined project management
Strong written and verbal communications; ability to articulate thoughts clearly, concisely,
and professionally in the English language.
Outstanding skills in regards to: interpersonal interactions, organizational abilities,
analytical competency, computer proficiency, and presentational capabilities.
Extraordinarily tenacious, driven, and self-motivated.
Demonstrated work ethic, integrity, and professional conduct.
Required Education/Training:
- Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering, healthcare, or science field
- Graduate degree in Healthcare Administration or equivalent experience (5-10 years)
- R.N. or clinical experience required
Working Conditions:
- Project work may require:
· Interstate, intrastate, or international travel.
· Field exposure to various healthcare or institutional environments.
