| Job Summary |
The role of the Project Manager involves the planning, coordination and reporting of large scale initiatives undertaken at Geneva. Acting as a liaison for the President and CEO, this position will work with departments across the organization as well as external resources to develop and roll out new initiatives. Responsibilities encompass the research and due diligence of CEO directed initiatives through the early stages of implementation of these initiatives. This will include establishing the initial procedures, documentation and record keeping.

| Responsibilities |
• Create and manage comprehensive project plans in support of business initiatives
• Manage the end to end technical and business aspects through project lifecycles.
• Adhere to agreed upon quality, timing and budget specifications.
• Communicate plan status, progress and implementation issues throughout the process to management and all key stakeholders across the organization.
• Develop effective reporting tools.
• Standardize the project management methodology according to industry best practices.
• Prepare company communication and presentation materials in support of these initiatives.

| Qualifications |
• Bachelor degree in business studies, MBA preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years experience in similar roles, preferably in the financial services industry
• Track record of successfully delivering large-scale concurrent projects
• Understanding of workflow of trading activities
• Knowledge of financial industry rules and regulations a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products
• Proficient with Project Management software and tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent facilitator
• Must be a team-oriented and self-motivated individual
• Strong attention to detail
