Job Summary Authors and maintains the Walgreens Health Services (WHS) Project Management Office (PMO) project management process methodology; Maintains Demand Management Processes; Maintains WHS project portfolio; Maintains WHS demand inventory; Understands strategies of each business unit and aids business in portfolio alignment to those; Defines, implements, and manages a formal change control process and change control board to receive and disposition requests from the project management user community for additions, deletions and updates to the WHS PMO project management process methodology; Develops the training materials that will be used to educate WHS resources on the WHS PMO process methodology; Serves as a change agent to help explain, encourage and drive implementation of the new WHS PMO methodology across the division; Serves as a resource to the project management community to provide project management and process development expertise; Coaches and supports WHS project managers who need help learning or implementing the WHS PMO project management processes; Facilitates discussions with the functional areas participating on project teams, utilizing group dynamics and facilitation skills; Develops an understanding of the "as is" and develops a path to the new way of working via the new WHS Project Management Process Methodology adhering to Sarbanes Oxley requirements.

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree; 5 or more years of Project Management experience, leading and managing large, complex cross functional business unit projects with both IT and business components; 2 years demonstrated expertise in process development and documentation (technical writing ); Strong knowledge of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), and of the Organizational Transformation, Process Development, Understanding of Strategic Management Concepts, Group Dynamics, Facilitation, and Coaching fields; Strong MS Office Skills and Visio skills.
