| Job Summary |
Under the direction of the Manager of Global Metrics and Systems, the Program Manager will be responsible for playing a critical roll in CLIENT's ongoing effort to deploy a global integrated program management infrastructure.

● Identifying measurement objectives and developing annual plans
● Developing innovative approaches to problem solving incorporating business modeling, operational process analysis, and financial data analysis
● Translating complex topics into actionable insight for presentation to key stakeholders (sr. executives)
The position requires combined project management expertise, deep business or financial analysis experience, and exposure to integrated program management tools such as Clarity/Niku.

| Responsibilities |
- Lead implementation of comprehensive metrics-driven approach to assess business and project performance. Drive the definition, establishment and acceptance of strategy-driven metrics, benchmarks, and best practices.
- Work closely with key executive and senior management stakeholders from Operations, Finance, and Product Management groups to identify key requirements, measures, and deliverables.
- Define, manage, and implement the creation of a comprehensive reporting and metrics environment based in Actuate, Business Objects, etc.
- Support operations measurement efforts.
- Create and articulate solutions to undertake key metrics initiatives.
- Develop and deliver presentations and solutions to senior and executive management.

| Qualifications |
- BS/BA required, Technical, Finance, Economics ideal.
- MBA, MS, or similar advanced degree strongly desired.
- 10 - 15 years of professional experience required.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear, concise manner.
- Proven experience with financial, marketing, and project management metrics and analysis.
- Proven experience with Data Warehousing and Data Mining tools and techniques, including experience defining and/or deploying a data warehousing environment.
- Experience deploying and configuring Clarity (Niku) or a similar integrated project management system is strongly desired.
- Exposure to Actuate, Crystal Reports, SQL, PL/SQL, and XML is desired.
- Proven experience with survey research methods and knowledge of sampling.
- Proven experience with advanced statistical techniques, including regression analysis, ANOVA, and categorical data methods.
- 10% to 15% International/Domestic travel required.
- The position is based in Chicago.
