| Job Summary |
Spot is currently looking to add an experienced Product Manager with a unique background in technology to our team. While qualified candidates won’t need traditional marketing skills, they will need to have a blend of software development leadership experience and finance knowledge. The key success factors for this position include designing and developing features within existing products, creating new products, and developing a vision and strategy for the product group.

| Responsibilities |
Effective communication and proven leadership are critical to the success of this role. It's essential for the Product Manager to converse with diverse teams of leaders, traders, developers & analysts, while taking responsibility for driving value through strong technical and business knowledge. Adhering to quality, such as writing Product Requirement Document (PRD) for each product release and running product releases as projects conforming to PMO project management standards is key to this function.
As a Product Manager, you will exhibit strong organizational and leadership skills and have a solid track record of strategic planning and business analysis skills. Spot will rely on you to manage developers, financial engineers, user interface designers and IT engineers as you plan and implement their products.

| Qualifications |
We're currently looking for passionate candidates who enjoy working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. A BA/BS, plus a minimum of 5 years experience in software development or support is required. Knowledge of the trading industry is helpful. In addition, qualified candidates will possess exceptional analytical, problem solving and quantitative skills.
