| Responsibilities |
The Program Manager maintains product work plan for Connectivity and Security Group Tier 1 customers. The individual gathers functional requirements from customers and develops functional specifications, develops and tracks customer project plans and deliverables, and coordinates and communicates project timelines and manages project-related risks and issues with the customer and internal engineering and sales teams.
The Program Manager will manage defect tracking and resolution process, manage contract commitments for specific customers, and manage relationships with 3rd party vendors as necessary for specific projects.
The Program Manager will also identify key performance indicators and metrics, develop mechanisms to measure and track against performance metrics, and work with operating groups to identify and implement process improvement initiatives related to product lifecycle management and customer management.

| Qualifications |
The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years as a Jr. Program Manager or Project Manager.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation and technology. He or she will have direct experience working in the wireless industry, solid understanding of Wireless Access Technologies (WiFi, GSM, CDMA, and WiMAX), understanding of internet protocols and networking, and of Windows Operating Systems.
The ideal candidate will also have a strong understanding of project management principles, experience gathering product requirements and developing functional specifications, and experience managing 3rd party vendors, including negotiation of distributions agreements and project deliverables.
