Overview:

The Director-Academic Outreach is responsible for fulfilling all Academic Outreach Program operational activities as set forth in the Operational PMI Chicagoland Chapter Academic Outreach Program Charter volunteer responsibility document. The Director will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the program.

Detailed Position Activities:

Activities performed:

• See volunteer responsibility document.
• Direct activities of committee in accordance with the Operational PMI Chicagoland Chapter Academic Outreach Program Charter.
• Reports to the PMI Chicagoland Chapter VP of Outreach as specified in the Operational PMI Chicagoland Chapter Outreach Program Charter.
• Assists the PMI Chicagoland Chapter VP of Outreach in developing presentation policies and guidelines.
• Recommend prospective committee members and presenters to PMI Chicagoland Chapter VP of Outreach.
• Conduct volunteer screening and responsibilities orientation with Volunteer Relations. Make recommendations to PMI Chicagoland Chapter VP of Outreach. Send updated contact list to PMI Chicagoland Chapter VP of Outreach.
• New relations development
