Overview:

The Director of Advertising manages the advertising for both the website and the newsletter. Chapter advertisements in any media are placed by this director.

Detailed Position Activities:


Activities performed each month:

• Manage newsletter and website sponsors and advertisements.
• Manage the timeliness of advertisement submittals for the newsletter and website and work closely with the Director Newsletter to ensure that the newsletter goes to press as scheduled without delays due to advertisement placement issues.
• Notify the VP Finance to invoice all advertising for the newsletter and website.

Activities performed periodically:

• Contact annual advertisers for commitment of advertisements for the next year for both the newsletter and the website in the May-June timeframe.
• Revise advertisement rate schedule for the newsletter and the website when necessary.

• Place Chapter advertisements when the need arises.
